FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!

It will take 3-5 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

At the moment, all Takoneko products are typically shipped from one of our overseas warehouses, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

IR Disputes/Strikes
Weather
Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
Large or Bulky Items
Shipping Provider Error
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

CUSTOMS TAXES OR DUTIES

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks or longer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
